Story Behind the Space
I founded The Frame Studios in 2021 with a vision to create a collaborative environment where creatives from all backgrounds can connect, support one another, and bring their ideas to life. After more than a decade of building my career and finding my footing, I often encountered spaces where creativity felt limited and voices went unheard.
That experience inspired me to build something different—a space that truly feels like home for creatives. At The Frame Studios, everyone is welcomed, and creativity is encouraged to grow freely without pressure or competition. We believe in the strength of collaboration, and that belief is at the core of everything we do.

Convenient paid parking is available close to the studio, with multiple additional options just a short walk away. Entry to the building is managed through a buzzer system for secure access. For larger setups, an easily accessible loading dock is available, and our team can provide rolling carts upon request to make unloading simple. The space is also fully accessible for all guests.

The studio is available for booking seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Requests for extended hours can be accommodated upon inquiry.

The studio comes fully equipped with essential gear, including C-stands, a large scrim, sandbags, apple boxes, 9' seamless backdrops, reflectors, and a curated selection of props—all included with your rental.

At The Frame Studios, you’ll have access to a fully equipped lifestyle setting, complete with thoughtfully designed living, dining, kitchen, and office areas. The space also includes a spacious 1,500 sq. ft. open shooting area, all available during your rental. Additional amenities include a dressing room, clothing steamer, rolling racks, hair and makeup stations, full-length mirrors, a fully equipped kitchen, climate control, a beautifully designed bathroom, and more.

Designed to maximize natural light, The Frame Studios showcases floor-to-ceiling south- and west-facing windows that brighten the space all day long. Gentle morning light transitions into direct sunlight by midday on sunny days. When controlled lighting is needed, heavy canvas curtains can block approximately 75% of the light.
